NIKOSIA, MARCH 1, NOYAN TAPAN-ARMENIANS TODAY. On February 28 the
Armenians of Cyprus inaugurated a new Hall in AYMA – HMEM’s premises.
The ribbon-cutting was conducted by Armenian MP Vartkes Mahdessian. On
behalf of the AYMA-HMEM committee Mayda Neshanian made the opening
remarks, while after Archbishop Hergelian’s blessings, the festive
ceremony continued with speeches by the President of the AYMA-HMEM
committee responsible for the renovations Arto Tellalian.
