"Many countries’ presidents fly over other countries’ airspace,
but they don’t issue statements [at that time]. I think that Serzh

said Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun) parliamentary
faction leader Vahan Hovhannisyan, while speaking to journalists today.

According to Hovhannisyan, with his statement, Sargsyan warns that
there is a possibility in the process failing, and Turkey must
understand that it might become the reason for this failure. The
ARF-D faction leader also noted that such statements can be considered
accepted practice, but not mandatory ones.
