ARF Dashnaktsutyun Party has "trustworthy" information over a great
mass of Azerbaijani youth leaving the country, ARF member Vahan
Hovhannisyan told a press conference today.
According to him, Azerbaijani youth leave for Russia and Ukraine and
this is due to the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s and Defense
Minister Safar Abiyev’s bellicose statements.
"Due to Aliyev’s and Abiyev’s bellicose statements, a group of
Azerbaijani youth leave the country since during the war none wants
to serve in an army where officers kill soldiers and vice versa,"
ARF deputy said.
According to Hovhannisyan, Armenia and Azerbaijan face the hazard of
resuming the war unless they reach a clear peace agreement.
