Minutes ago in the General Jurisdiction Court of Shengavit region
of Yerevan was announced the verdict of the editor in chief of the
"Haykakan Zhamanak" newspaper. The verdict was announced by the judge
Mnacakan Martirosyan.
According to the decision of the court Nicol Pashinyan was recognized
guilty by the first part of the 225 article of RA Civil Code and was
condemned to 7 years of imprisonment.
The accusing side had demanded to condemn Pashinyan to 8 years
imprisonment accusing him of the first part of the 225 article of
the CC and the first part of the 316 article.
