Numerous failures in 2009: Armenian oppositionist

result of declared amnesty was the most significant achievement of
2009 from democracy and human rights protection viewpoint. The
oppositional Armenian National Congress (ANC) office coordinator Levon
Zurabyan told NEWS.am.
`There were numerous failures. The most significant loss for Armenian
people was that it again suffered existence of illegal oligarchic
system resulted in Zurich disgrace (October 10, 2009Armenia-Turkey
Protocols were signed in Zurich) when Armenian authorities first
assumed that Karabakh issue should be settled in frames of territorial
integrity of Azerbaijan,’ oppositionist said.
