/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Armenia-Turkey protocols won’t be ratified within
coming several months, according to Kiro Manoyan, ARFD Hay Dat and
Political Affairs Office Director.
"Turkey will not ratify protocols unless progress in Karabakh talks
is fixed," he told a news conference on Thursday.
He did not rule out that ratification will be protracted for several
years.
