Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States will be useful not
only for informing the public, but also help to establish links between
non-governmental organizations," Head of International Organizations
department of Foreign Affairs Ministry Dziunik Aghajanyan told a
meeting on November 12 in Yerevan office of UN.
The Government of Germany has made large donations for publishing
the new handbook.
