WALK-A-THON WILL BENEFIT CHILDREN OF VANADZOR

A benefit walk-a-thon for the children of Vanadzor, a sister city to
Pasadena, led by Mayor Bill Bogaard and police Chief Bernard Melekian,
will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 1 at Pasadena High School
track and field, 2925 E. Sierra Madre Blvd.
Registration is $5 and begins at 1:30 p.m.
Donations and proceeds will provide books and supplies to needy
children in Vanadzor, Armenia.
