According to the order of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Foreign
Minister Georgy Petrossyan, Semyon Afiyan is appointed the NKR MFA
Secretary General.
Earlier, Semyon Afiyan held the position of Head of the NKR MFA
Consular Service.
