AMENDED LAW ON CONTROL CHAMBER STIPULATES FOR SENDING REPORTS TO GENERAL PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ On October 19, NA Standing Committee on State and
Legal Affairs discussed the draft law on Introducing Amendments to RA
Chamber Palace. The Bill was submitted by ARFD MP Artyusha Shahbazyan
and RPA faction member Samvel Nikoyan.

During the discussion, Artyusha Shahbaazyan said that the bill aimed
at establishing General Prosecutor’s Office Control in case revealing
facts subject to legal-criminal liability as a result of check-ups.

The bill received positive conclusion by NA Committee on State and
Legal Affairs and will be included in Parliament’s four-day session
agenda.
