started with ‘fraternal steps’, Marxist Party leader David Hakobyan
told a news conference in Yerevan. Armenian people, he finds, should

"Opening of Armenian-Turkish border is a very vulgar notion. The issue
concerns lifting the blockade hence we shouldn’t conduct talks over
