On the 5th-9th of October, 2009 the delegation headed by the Chief
of the Department of Military Police of the Ministry of Defence of
Germany, Colonel Ulrich Stumpf was in Yerevan. In the frames of the
visit the members of the delegation met the Chief of the Department
of Military Police of the RA MoD, Major-General Vladimir Gasparyan,
Head of the Investigation Service, Major-General Armen Harutyunyan and
the Chief of the Department of Devence Policy of the RA MoD, Colonel
Davit Tonoyan. During these meetings they discussed matters related
to the opportunity of exchanging experience between the parties.

During these meetings Colonel Ulrich Stumpf presented to the
representatives of the RA MoD Military Police and Investigation Service
the structure of the Military Police of the Ministry of Defence of
Germany, its issues and obligations, as well as the experience that
the Military Police of the Ministry of Defence of Germany has gained.
