Today, in Warsaw, the OSCE Human Dimensions implementation meeting
started which will last until October 9 and will discuss the human
rights issues in OSCE member countries. 56 countries took part in the
meeting with more than 300 participants including all the ambassadors
of OSCE countries except the Armenian ambassador. In one of the
speeches, the U.S. representative dwelt on the violations of human
rights in post-soviet countries, in particular noting the breaches at
the 2008 presidential elections in Armenia and the murders of peace
protestors. Violations against journalists in Azerbaijan, murders of
Russian public figures engaged in human rights defense.

Only the chair of the Armenian representative was empty near the
round table.
