In his September 23 letter to the RA Constitutional Court
Parliamentary, Heritage faction Stepan Safarian requests CC President
Gagik Harutiunian to organize discussions around consistency with RA
constitution of the Armenian-Turkish Protocols, including compliance
of document’s contents with the purposes specified in its preamble.
