On September 22 Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received the
delegation of the French city of Arnouville-lès-Gonesse headed by
Mayor Michel Aumas.

Greeting the guest, Minister Nalbandian expressed gratitude to
the Mayor Aumas for his efforts towards reinforcement of the
Armenian-French friendship.

Michel Aumas informed that his town intended to become the sister-city
of Nubarashen, which would contribute to the further development of
ties with Armenia.

Minister Nalbandian attached importance to direct cooperation between
the cities and regions of Armenia and France. According to him, the
decentralized cooperation creates a good basis for further deepening
of friendly relations between the two countries.

The parties emphasized the high-level relations and close relations
between Armenia and France.
