On August 22, RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed an order to appoint
Armen Martirosyan in the office of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary
Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Federal Republic of Germany.

To remind, Armen Martirosyan was the representative of the Republic of
Armenia to UNO.
