ARMENTEL NOT A SCAPEGOAT

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Armenia’s cellular operator ArmenTel (Beeline
trademark) will urge the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC)
to toughen conditions for issuing licenses for VoIP services.

"A number of Armenian providers incapable to ensure quality service
accuse ArmenTel of their problems. But ArmenTel is not a scapegoat,"
said Igor Klimko, the company’s general manager.

"The problem is that the people is not informed enough to understand
that they are being deceived by numerous pseudo-providers," he added.
