EDWARD NALBANDYAN – ONLY A "MEGAPHONE" FOR GOVERNMENT?

some of them demand FM Edward Nalbandyan’s resignation, others find
him just a megaphone for authorities, Arthur Avtandilyan told a news
conference. Nalbandyan is not to blame, he finds, he is simply not
lucky enough to be the first to support Madrid principles. "All the
principles contained therein imply betrayal of national interests,"
Avtandilyan said.
In their statement, Armenian bloggers demanded President Serzh Sargsyan
to immediately discharge Foreign Minister from office. They condemn
Mr. Nalbandyan’s July 11 speech in which he welcomed MG Co-Chairs’
anti-Armenian statement.
