from Azerbaijan, an Azeri politician said.

"According to these principles, Karabakh will be granted
semi-independence and then independence," said Etibar Mammadov,
leader of National Independence party.

"We should insist on restoration of territorial integrity of
Azerbaijan. And I do not think that anything extraordinary will happen
during the upcoming presidential meeting," he said.
