GAS SUPPLIES TO ARMENIA RESUMED

ArmInfo. The supply of Russian gas to Armenia via the territory
of Georgia was resumed today, July 9, at 05:30 PM, reports the
spokesperson of ArmRosgazprom CJSC Shushan Sardaryan.
The supply was suspended July 8 morning because of repair work at Red
Bridge gas measuring station in the territory of Georgia. The repair
was supposed to last till JUly 10 but was completed a day earlier.
Russian gas is supplied to Armenia via Georgia. The only supplier of
gas to the country is ArmRosgazprom CJSC, whose 80% belong to Gazprom
and 20% to the Government of Armenia.
