ANTICOMPETITIVE EXPERT ARRIVED

Today, the head of State Commission for the Protection of Economic
Competition of the Republic of Armenia Ashot Shahnazaryan met with the
OSCE expert, doctor Yanis Kokoris. During the upcoming weeks the expert
will provide the commission with consultations in the framework of the
"Anticompetitive agreements: evaluation of the observation rules and
present methods" project.
The head of the commission noted that one of the most important
directions of the consultations is the legislative amendments and
methodical ways.
Yanis Kokoris will work with the specialists of the commission
until the end of this week after which will present his professional
conclusion.
Yanis Kokoris works in the EU directory general for competition
questions and in the U.K. trade commission.
