BERNARD KOUCHNER SENDS A MESSAGE TO ARMENIA FM

The Foreign Minister of Armenia, Edward Nalbandian, received the
Ambassador of France to Armenia, Serge Smessow.
The Ambassador conveyed to Minister Nalbandian the message of the
French Foreign Minister, Bernard Kouchner.
In the message Mr. Kouchner referred to the high-level relations
between Armenia and France and regional issues.
Recalling the meeting with the Armenian Foreign Minister on March
10 and attaching importance to the Moscow Declaration signed by the
Presidents of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan and the declaration
adopted in Helsinki in December, 2008, Bernard Kouchner said that as
a Minsk Group Co-Chairs country, France is ready to make efforts in
the directions of peaceful resolution of the Karabakh issue.
