ArmInfo. Yesterday, President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree
on appointment of Arkady Ghukasyan Ambassador for Special Assignments
and conferment of a diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary of Armenia, the Armenian presidential press service
reports.
To recall, A. Ghukasyan was President of Nagorno Karabakh Republic
till 2007.
