KONSTANTIN ORBELYAN’S JUBILEE CELEBRATED IN KREMLIN

Today USSR People’s Artist Konstantin Orbelyan’s 80th jubilee will
be marked in Kremlin, report Russian media. According to the source,
famous singers from Russia and Armenia – Iosif Kobzon, Larisa Dolina,
Evgeni Petrosyan, Armen Djigarkhanyan, Djivan Gasparyan, Nadezhda
Sargsyan, Syuzan Margaryan, Armenian Jazz Band, etc. will perform in
the concert to honor the master.

Remind: Previous year Konstantin Orbelyan’s birthday anniversary was
celebrated in Armenia in the frames of "Armenian Jazz 70" on 5 October.

Konstantin Orbelyan was born in 29 July, 1928, in Armavir. For 36
years he chaired the State Estrada Orchestra of Armenia.
