Armenian Grand Master Levon Aronyan beat Viswanathan Anand of India in
the second round of the Linares 2009 Chess Tournament.
Aronyan and Alexander Grishchuk (Russia) are tied for the first place
with 1.5 points.
In Round 2 Teymur Rajabov (Azerbaijan) drew the game against Vasily
Ivanchuk of Ukraine, Magnus Carlsen of Norway defeated Lenier Dominguez
of Cuba.
