New Armenian deputy foreign minister appointed

24 December: Armen Bayburdyan has been appointed Armenian deputy
foreign minister.
Before the appointment, he was Armenia’s ambassador to India. Under
the presidential decree, Bayburdyan was relieved of this post on 25
November 2004.
