PRESIDENT OF THE NKR SIGNED A DECREE…

Republic of Nagorno Karabakh [NKR]

On 31 January President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic signed a
decree appointing Edward Atanesyan first assistant to the NKR President
releasing him from the post of deputy foreign minister. According
to another decree the Head of the State appointed Vardan Barseghyan
deputy foreign minister releasing him from the post of permanent
representative of the NKR to the United States of America.
