Why are not international experts included in the investigations
of National Assembly Committee studying March 1 events and the data
collecting group? Who is responsible for that, Armenian authorities
or international bodies? Today the reporters of Armenian media were
given a chance to ask questions to the Commissioner of Human Rights
of Council of Europe Thomas Hammarberg.

Regarding the requests, Mr. Hammarberg said: "To include international
expert in the investigations was several times recommended to
them. I have mentioned that if they asked me, I could help and reefer
experts. Currently I am going to speak about this point again."
