KfW has provided Armenia with 220mln EUR

ArmInfo. KfW has provided Armenia with 220mln EUR through different
credit programs so far, says the head of the KfW Office in Yerevan
Karapet Gevorgyan.

The money has been spent on energy, water supply, SME development,
mortgage crediting. "We hope that after the Armenian-German
inter-governmental talks in 2009 the growth in KfW’s crediting in
Armenia will continue," says Gevorgyan.

To note, KfW (Germany) has provided Armenia with financial support
since 1995. The office of the bank was opened in Oct 1998.
