Twenty-seven Russian citizens arrived in Armenia on internal passports on February 23, spokesman for the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Tigran Balayan has said.
“Twenty-seven citizens of Russia arrived in Armenia on internal passports on the first day,” Balayan tweeted.
The decision of the Armenian government came into force on February 23.
