YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 10, NOYAN TAPAN. According to the report received
from the Central Office of the Armenian National Congress, the day of
holding of the rally announced in advance has been changed: instead
of September 12 it will be held on September 15. At that, according
to the National Congress Office, the rally to be held on September
15 is authorized.
