ARARATBANK SHAREHOLDERS TO HOLD ANNUAL MEETING

A maiden annual meeting of Araratbank shareholders is scheduled for
June 27, 2008. Araratbank’s Public Relations Department reports that
the meeting is to be held at the Ani Plaza hotel at 11:00 a.m.
local time.
Araratbank, legal successor of Armcommunicationbank, was founded on
September 2, 1991. On October 31, 1996, the bank received License
No. 4.
Last August the bank was transformed to an open joint-stock company.
By March 31, 2008, the bank’s assets had amounted to 26.2bln AMD,
capital 5.1bln AMD. In the 1st quarter of 2008, the bank’s profit
totaled 216.9ln AMD.
