Fresno Valedictorian’s Father Comes Home

Fresno, CA (KFSN) — The father of a Bullard High School Graduate
facing deportation is headed home to the valley.
Arthur Mkoyan graduated from Bullard High School this week. He and his
parents came here from Armenia, in 1993, seeking political asylum.
All three of them faced deportation this summer. Arthur’s father was
already in a detention in Arizona. Senator Dianne Feinstein introduced
a bill that puts the deportation process on hold, and would allow the
family to stay in the country.
