APRIL 23 AZERI SERVICEMAN TO BE HANDED OVER TO REPRESENTATIVES OF BAKU

YEREVAN, 22.04.08. DE FACTO. On April 23 Yakoub Mukhtarov, a citizen
of Azerbaijan, serviceman, will be handed over to the representatives
of Azerbaijan under the auspices of the International Committee of the
Red Cross, in the Armenian-Azerbaijani border line’s Kayanavan-Kazakh
border part.

According to the Press Office of the RA Defense Ministry, current March
11 Private Yakoub Mukhtarov consciously crossed the Armenian-Azerbaijan
border, motivating his break by non judicial relations with the Azeri
army officers.
