ARMENIAN PRESIDENT NAMES NEW FOREIGN, DEFENCE MINISTERS

Yerevan, 14 April: Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan today signed
decrees appointing Eduard Nalbandyan foreign minister and Seyran
Oganyan defence minister of Armenia, the presidential press service
has reported.

Under other decrees, Eduard Nalbandyan was dismissed from the post
of ambassador to France and Seyran Oganyan from the post of chief of
the General Staff of the Armenian armed forces.
