transmission lines are in a bad state. The representative of the
electricity board of Martuni said in some places lines are damaged
by weak winds, such as the section between the villages of Sargsashen
and Zardanashen.
The heads of the regional electric networks say power losses are
largely due to the bad state of posts and transmission lines.
