"The negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan should continue",
announced Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at a State Duma
sitting.
Mr. Lavrov mentioned that the basic principles proposed by OSCE Minsk
Group Co-chairs are a weighty basis to continue the negotiations.
According to him, the negotiation process of Karabakh conflict
settlement never stopped and will continue.
