Samvel Nikoyan believes that, "A coalition right presupposes a
coalition responsibility. Unfortunately, not always has a political
faction assumed an equivalent responsibility in return to the rights
granted to it.

If the political cooperation had had such a format before February
19, we would have a completely different Armenia after the elections,
and I am sure that the tragic clashes would have never happened. And
following this logic, I consider the offer of dissolving the National
Assembly and holding new parliamentary elections absurd."
