ARMENIAN PRESIDENT ISSUES DECREE ON SPRING RECRUITMENT

YEREVAN, March 25. /ARKA/. Armenian President Robert Kocharyan has
issued a decree on spring recruitment, presidential press office
reported on Tuesday.
The decree calls up all young men who have already turned 18 for
army service.
The decree also demobilizes those who have fulfilled their two-year
duty.
