PRESIDENT SIGNS AMENDMENTS TO LAW ON SECURITY OF PERSONS SUBJECT TO STATE PROTECTION

YEREVAN, March 21. /ARKA/. RA President Robert Kocharyan has signed
amendments to the RA Law "On security of persons liable to special
state protection".

The amendments regulates the order of removing or refusing state
protection of persons subject to state protection.

State protection can be removed in case a person commits illegal
actions.

The chief of the guard is notify the supervisory body of the offence in
the context of advisability of further protection of the person.
