Ter-Petrosyan: authorities did not offer me cooperation

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Armenia’s first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan said
neither the President nor Prime Minister offered him to cooperate.

"Even if I received such a proposal I would agree to collaborate only
if all political prisoners are released," he said, adding that his
headquarters addressed to the Constitutional Court for reinstatement
of his political immunity.

Although Ter-Petrosyan is not under house arrest, he can’t leave
his residence.
