Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated RA Prime Minister
Serge Sargsyan on his victory in the presidential elections.
"We in Russia highly appreciate the relations between the two countries
based on trust, constructive cooperation and reciprocal support. The
consistent deepening of partnership relations fully corresponds to
the interests of Armenian and Russian citizens, and promotes the
reinforcement of stability in the South Caucasus.
I want to emphasize your personal contribution to the development
of Armenian-Russian relations. I’m sure that your activity in the
highest post of the President of the Armenian state will serve to
the further progress of our relations.
