RUSSIAN RAILWAYS INKS DEAL TO OPERATE ARMENIAN RAILWAY

Russian Railways signed Wednesday a contract to operate Armenian
Railway, Armenia’s state-controlled railway monopoly, under a
concession agreement, Russian Railways reported.
The concession will be valid for 30 years, Russian Railways said.
