President Robert Kocharyan today had a meeting with the Catholicos
of All Armenians Garegin II, President’s Press Office reports.

The President of the republic and the Catholicos discussed issues
related to state-church relations and cooperation. They appreciated the
effectively developing cooperation between the state and the church.

At this very responsible point for the state President Kocharyan and
His Holiness Garegin II stressed the importance of the atmosphere of
tolerance and consent.
