Our source from the foreign ministry of Armenia does not rule out
that soon the question of placement of the ex-president of NKR.
Arkady Ghukasyan, who was president of NKR in 1997-2007 and earlier
the foreign minister of NKR, may become the representative of Armenia
to the OSCE. Earlier Ghukasyan had been rumored to head the ministry
of Diaspora to be set up. It should be noted only that the present
ambassador of Armenia to the OSCE Tabibyan is an authoritative person
and has a considerable reputation in this organization for both his
personal and practical characteristics.
