YEREVAN, DECEMBER 17, NOYAN TAPAN. Gagik Hambardzumian has
been appointed Deputy Chief of the RA Police and Head of the Main
Investigation Department by the December 15 decree of Robert Kocharian,
the President of the Republic of Armenia. This information was provided
