AS OF DECEMBER 10, 5458 OBSERVERS OF 4 LOCAL NGOs ACCREDITED IN CEC

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 10, NOYAN TAPAN. 5458 representatives of 4 local
NGOs have been accredited in the RA Central Electoral Commission for
the purpose of carrying out monitoring in the presidential elections
to be held on February 19, 2008.
As Noyan Tapan correspondent was informed by Tatev Ohanian, CEC
Spokesperson, the Choice is Yours NGO has submitted applications
for accreditation of 4010 observers, Institute of Open Society 1405
observers, Mutk 40 observers and Erebuni Communal Development Ceter
3 observers. The deadline of observers’ accreditation is February
9, 2008.
