By condition of December 3rd,2007 the soil ploughed for autumn
sowing in the republic has compiled 27908.7 h, 16675.8 h (59.8 per
cent) of which has been sowed, and which in regard towards the
previous year – 59.3 and 35.4 per cent. According to the works done
in the region, the description is the following: in Askeran region
7544.7 h ploughing and 5403.8 h sowing has been done, in Hadrut
region – 4500.0 h ploughing and 2000.0 h sowing, in Martakert region
– 3776.0 h ploughing and 2470.0 h sowing, in Martuni region – 6603.0
h ploughing and 2772.0 h sowing, in Shahumian region – 60.0 h
ploughing and 35.0 h sowing, in Kashatagh region – 5000.0 h ploughing
and 3600.0 h sowing, in Shushi region, according to corrected
information, 425.0 h ploughing and 395.0 h sowing has been done.
