YEREVAN, November 29. /ARKA/. Armenia’s Foreign Minister Vartan
Oskanian will make a report for students and teaching staff of
Diplomatic Academy of Russia’s Foreign Ministry on December 5.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said that Oskanian will report on "Realism
of traditional and new directions of Armenia’s complementary foreign
policy."
