RA GOVERNMENT TO ALLOCATE 1-BILLION AMD STATE LOAN TO KARABAKH

1-billion AMD ($3.1 million) state loan to Nagorno Karabakh, the RA
government’s press office reported.
The loan should be repaid till January 1, 2010 with 0,01% interest
rate.
